Hi, I’m Ryan Croft.

I’m a startup founder, investor, board director, and advisor focused on scaling high-impact ventures at the intersection of technology, sports, and financial services across the Americas.

Currently, I lead Latin America growth at Teamworks, a leading sports technology company powering operations for over 6,000 elite teams across the NBA, NFL, NCAA, Premier League, and Olympics.

I also serve as an Advisory Board Member for Sizzle Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: SZZL), where I help identify and evaluate IPO-ready private companies for potential merger and public market entry.

I’m also an Entrepreneur in Residence at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Previously, I co-founded and served as CEO of Mexico City-based Pacto, a fintech platform helping restaurants and retailers in Latin America accept digital payments and operate more efficiently. I also co-founded TransitScreen (now Actionfigure), an urban mobility startup based in Washington, DC.

I’ve served on multiple boards and advised public-private efforts to drive innovation, including DC Mayor Muriel Bowser’s “ReOpen DC” initiative and the DC Federal City Council. My background includes international expansion, startup fundraising, urban innovation, public-private partnerships, and B2B SaaS growth strategy.

As a speaker and connector, I’ve presented at institutions such as Stanford, Harvard, and Google X, and conferences including SXSW, CES, and the Global Entrepreneurship Summit. I’ve also joined government trade delegations to Canada, Silicon Valley, Beijing, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong.

My angel investment portfolio spans early-stage startups in the US and Latin America, in e-commerce, fintech, real estate, consumer, and education technology, including: Pacaso, Vinco, PWRFWD, Felix Foods, Projectagram, Viva Translate, CHPTR, Ola Invierte, and Joint Homes.
